Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday. Keep in mind that our premises are closed during Christmas and all UK Public Bank Holidays. During such times, your order will be processed upon our return.

International Shipping Times

Custom Charges / Delays
Please be aware that we are not responsible for any import tax custom charges. Our custom declaration forms are diligently completed and attached to your order prior to dispatch, to mitigate potential delays in your country’s Customs departments.
Since Britain’s exit from the EU, there has been an observed increase in custom delays, potentially leading to longer delivery times due to holdups in these departments, beyond our control.
Your contact details will be included on the package for the customs department to contact you regarding any fees necessary to release the goods.

This consolidation takes place automatically when you have all items in your basket in a single transaction. We may contact you if the website has incorrectly calculated your order, and ask for the order to be revised accordingly which may result in an additional shipping charge to be added to your order.
