Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are dependent on the order size and weight. These charges are automatically calculated after you have placed all items required into the basket, and when you have entered your shipping details on the checkout page.
Processing & Dispatch Times
Our Company aims to despatch orders within 5 to 7 working days from receipt of order and cleared payment. This lead time is stock dependant and if we have to manufacture your order. We will aim to dispatch before this lead time if possible.
Orders placed during a weekend are processed on Monday. Please also take into account that our premises will be closed during Christmas and all UK Public Bank Holidays, so your order will be processed on our return.
UK Shipping Times
Orders will usually be received within 1 to 2 working days from dispatch date.
We do offer faster shipping options when purchasing our products, but this will be at an additional cost, for example if you require a pre 10am or pre 12pm guaranteed next day delivery. Contact Us if you require faster shipping options or an accelerated lead time, and we can then quote you accordingly.
Deliveries are usually sent out via Royal Mail 1st Class or an alternative courier depending on the size of your order.
International Shipping Times
Please Note: We do not ship Liquids & Aerosol cans Internationally from UK.
Charges vary depending on size and weight of you order to be despatched.
The charges are available to see on the checkout page after entering your delivery information.
Some of our products/listings do not have International Postage available, please get in touch for a quote.
Orders will usually be received within 5 to 7 working days from dispatch date, or further countries from the UK could take up to 10 working days after dispatch.
International Delivery Times is determined by the distance you live from the UK and the efficiency of your country’s internal mail network linked with Royal Mail.
Custom Charges / Delays
We take no responsibility for any import tax custom charges. The custom declaration forms will be completed fully and attached to your order before we dispatch your goods to avoid any delays in your Country’s Customs departments.
Please Note: Since Britain has left the EU, we have noticed an increase on custom delays so delivery times may take longer due to hold ups in these departments which we have no control over.
Your contact details will be provided on the package for the customs department to get in touch if there is a fee to release the goods.
Combined Postage
Shipping costs will be combined to save you money depending on the size of the parcel. This will automatically be combined once you have all items in the basket through 1 transaction.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
Please make sure the postage address you provide is correct, we will not be held liable for incorrect supplied addresses after your item has been dispatched.
If the address given is incorrect in error, please email us asap to let us know the updated address.
Special Delivery Instructions
You can leave us a note on the checkout page for any special delivery instructions you may have, and we will forward these instructions to the given Courier when dispatching your order.
If you require deliveries to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address as we are unable to post to multiple addresses otherwise.
