Returns & Refunds

We pride ourselves in the excellent quality of our products, but if you have a problem with anything, please let us know as soon as possible.

We accept a return policy within 30 days of purchase, for either a refund or a replacement.

Please contact us via email or by telephone and we will be happy to assist.

The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs on all of our products, and send the unused product back in its original packaging. We will only accept returns if un-opened, un-used, in the original manufacturers packaging and in a re-sellable condition.

If the goods received are found to be faulty or not as described, we will provide a full refund once we receive the product back at our warehouse and we will be happy to refund any delivery charges incurred in these instances.

If you receive your goods and items are missing or we have sent the incorrect items, please do get in touch within 24 or 48 hours of receiving, and we will do our very best to resolve any issue as soon as possible.

If the goods arrive damaged due to the courier miss handling the package, you have the right to refuse delivery and report to us immediately, likewise if you accept the delivery damaged please do let us know within 24 hours and we will endeavour to resolve any delivery problems as efficiently as possible.

Refunds or Credits can take 7 to 14 working days to be processed once the item has been returned. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used to make the purchase.

We recommend that you send your item back via recorded delivery or with proof of delivery.
