Processing & Dispatch Times

Our company strives to dispatch orders within 5 to 7 working days after receiving your order and confirming payment. This timeline is subject to stock availability and whether your order requires manufacturing. Whenever possible, we endeavour to dispatch even sooner than this lead time.

Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday. Keep in mind that our premises are closed during Christmas and all UK Public Bank Holidays. During such times, your order will be processed upon our return.

Deliveries are typically sent via Royal Mail 1st Class or an alternative courier, depending on your order’s size.

International Shipping Times

Please Note: We do not ship Liquids & Aerosol cans internationally from the UK.

While most of our products/listings offer International Postage, if you’re unable to find this option, kindly get in touch for a tailored quote.

Generally, international orders are received within 5 to 7 working days from the dispatch date. Orders to countries further from the UK might take up to 10 working days post-dispatch.

International Delivery Times are influenced by the distance from the UK and the efficiency of your country’s internal mail network linked with Royal Mail.

Custom Charges / Delays

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any import tax custom charges. Our custom declaration forms are diligently completed and attached to your order prior to dispatch, to mitigate potential delays in your country’s Customs departments.

Since Britain’s exit from the EU, there has been an observed increase in custom delays, potentially leading to longer delivery times due to holdups in these departments, beyond our control.

Your contact details will be included on the package for the customs department to contact you regarding any fees necessary to release the goods.

Combined Postage

To economize on shipping expenses, shipping costs can be consolidated based on parcel size. This consolidation takes place automatically when you have all items in your basket in a single transaction. We may contact you if the website has incorrectly calculated your order, and ask for the order to be revised accordingly which may result in an additional shipping charge to be added to your order.
